We provide a safe place to call home for young people leaving care and who still require support in relation to their trauma, mental health, substance use, offending behaviour, social networks and exclusion from education. Leaving care can be a challenging time for young people and along with the responsibilities of living independently, make this a particularly vulnerable period.

​Upper Berkeley Care offers homely vibrant accommodation with shared facilities and self-contained accommodation, 1:1 key worker support and pathway planning. Support sessions are tailored to meet individual needs and all referrals are risk assessed to ensure that our provision is suitable for their needs and will not adversely impact on existing residents.
